Secure Your Booking

When you're satisfied with the itinerary, secure your booking by making the initial deposit as listed. If your trip is within 60 days, full payment will be required.

Payment and Passport

You'll receive a payment confirmation along with a request for essential information from you and your fellow travelers. This includes copies of everyone's passports and details about your international flight.

Experience Manager

We take care of all the reservations in your itinerary, so sit back and relax. Your assigned Experience Manager will assist you throughout the journey, offering options for flight and tour times and addressing any inquiries you may have.

Final Payment I Confirmations

Prior to your trip, you'll receive an invoice for the final payment due 60 days before departure. We'll send you an updated itinerary with details about your transportation, reservations, and top recommendations for dining and nightlife.
